Hi, I’m Leopold Ashley iii, born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in the frozen TUNDRA of Minnesota.  Minnesota is also nice during the summer.  You can work hard and reap your benefits from from your labor.  Sometimes young people are lost and don’t get the meaning of life.  Once you understand who you are as a person, you’ll be able to take life on as it comes to you.  Lifting heavy weights, it will change who you are as a person.  Workouts build discipline, hard-work, dedication, results, GROWTH and the list goes on…

Health Is Wealth: No matter how much you’ve gained in life, you will not be able to enjoy your fruits of you labor.  your always going to the hospital, taking lots of medication and just overall low energy.  2 main killers that are killing the people of America is 1. Heat Disease 2. Type Two Diabetes.  If your born handicapped or have some sort of blood immune disease or your dealing with a missing limb.  I’m not talking about these people and a percentage of these people will fight until the end.  I’m talking about people who bring on disease through poor life style choices such as: Drinking Alcohol | Taking Drugs | Eating Unhealthy Foods | Negative Attitude | Lazy | Unmotivated | This will lead to an unhealthy lifestyle and ultimately death.  The goal here is to hold people accountable by working out from 1 hour to 2 hours – 3 to 4 times a week yearly.  By working out and tracking your lifts/workouts your holding yourself accountable and you’ll start to see the new you.

I grew up competing in baseball, hockey, lacrosse, wrestling, basketball & football.  I played college football at the University Of Saint Cloud State in Minnesota.  After I was done playing, I coached the defensive lineman and it was an amazing time helping student athletes develop through fitness, accountability and growth.  


My 3 favorite athletes are Jerome Bettis, LeBron James & Mohamed Ali.
